When are you open? - Our opening times
We are open from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 19:00 and on Friday from 9:00 to 13:00.
I’m not sure what my language level is. How can I find out?
Send us an e-mail to and we will send you our online placement test.
How can I register for the course?
You can register online at www.evolanguage-shop.de or you can fill out our registration form and send it back to us by e-mail. Of course you can also come to our school office if you want to register in person.
How soon can I start the course?
Our German Intensive Courses in the morning (PREMIUM, CLASSIC) start every Monday, our German Evening Course FLEX start every Tuesday. Starting the BASIC German course is always possible on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
How can I pay?
By cash or by card in the school office, or by bank transfer or PayPal.
Should the full course fees be paid before the start of the course?
Yes, the full fee must be paid before the course starts.
Can I get a registration certificate / certificate of attendance?
Once you have registered through www.evolanguage-shop.de and paid your course fee in full, you can receive the payment confirmation with your course details. The certificate of participation will be issued after the end of the course.
Which textbooks are used?
We work with course books according to the European Common Framework for Languages.
How is the group size?
We keep our groups small compared to other schools with about 8-12 participants. Only then can you learn effectively and finish a language level in just 4 weeks.
Can I change my course I’m enrolled in if it is too easy or too difficult for me?
Each participant will be placed on the correct course based on a placement test. If you still think the course is too easy for you, or you would like to repeat the topics of the previous level, that is not a problem. Just talk to your teacher and come to our office. We take care of that change of course.
Do you organize school trips?
During the summer months we organize a trip every Friday. In addition, our teachers often do small trips and other leisure activities with their groups.
I need a visa - which course should I book?

How do I get a visa?
The procedure is very easy.
- We need your registration for the PREMIUM course.
- You pay the full course fees and the visa processing fee.
- We will send you the original confirmation letter to your address abroad.
- With this document you apply for the embassy appointment

What happens if I do not get a visa?
Visa refusal
In the event of a visa refusal, we review each case individually. The first step is always that the student sends us the official refusal letter issued by the embassy. Only after we have received the official refusal do we review the case in detail.
Common reasons for visa refusals include:
– missing or incomplete documents
– an unclear or incorrectly formulated motivation letter
In such cases, we actively provide support, including:
– reviewing all submitted documents
– giving guidance on how to improve the motivation letter
– issuing updated or additional confirmation letters where necessary
– supporting the student with a new visa application
In the case of a refund, the participant will receive a full refund of the course fees.
I want to take an exam, how does that work?
We offer tests for all CEFR levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). You can flexibly arrange the dates with us. The certificate is given directly after passing the exam.
Do not forget to bring your passport with you on the exam date.
Is there an exam at the end of the German courses?
As a rule, you progress automatically to the next level, so after you’re finished with one level, you can book the next one. If you want to take an exam, you can flexibly book one with us.
